Radio Sailing Association W.A. (Inc.) is the state body that coordinates events on behalf of the WA clubs, and the National body., Australian Radio Yachting Association

The RSAWA consists of an elected Committee, and 2 delegates from each affiliated club.

Our aims are:

To encourage and promote the sport of Radio Yachting in all its branches and to organise and control the sport within Western Australia.

In furtherance of these aims, the Association shall -

Promote and recognise all classes of yachts for racing;

Liaise with the National Authority in the co-ordination of measurement and registration of all such yachts;

Obtain and maintain membership of the Australian Radio Yachting Association and any State body having similar objectives.

Formulate and publish rules and regulations governing racing and rating of radio yachts except that where such rules and regulations are issued by the International Sailing Federation or other international body of which the Association is a member, the Association shall adopt and abide by such rules and regulations;

Organise, settle conditions, fix dates and venues for sailing State Regattas annually;

Organise and promote International and World Championship Regattas as may from time to time be approved, and assist and enter members to represent Australia at International Regattas overseas;

Publicise and act as a source of information on the sport of radio yachting.
